I’m glad the federal government didn’t pay for this [Carmel denied federal funds for Keystone, 96th Street project, Oct. 29 IBJ.com]. Carmel is wealthy enough to pay for it, and the federal government is broke. I’m also glad that Carmel wants to build it. Traffic is horrible at this intersection, and it needs to be fixed immediately!
