I would love for B&S to elaborate on, “we have a truly unique development that is authentic to the town of Bargersville”. I work in the construction industry and these mixed use projects are the same no matter the demographics. Smoke & mirrors!!
I’d be interested to know how this will contribute in any way to the vitality of “Downtown Bargersville”, which is about 3/4 mile and across both SR135 and SR144 from the site.
Hopefully that trail is substantial and bridges the gap a little bit because currently there’s “connected feel” between these locations. That section of 144 is pretty dangerous from a bicycling prospective.
