  1. The ‘big miss’ on inflation figures is that it’s cumulative. For instance, a ‘3.2% increase over this time last year’ isn’t a 3.2% increase in inflation. It’s another 3.2% on top of general inflation (pick your commodity) that has increased by an average of nearly 30% across the board beginning January 20, 2021. This is what happens when the money supply is ramped up to support huge government programs, subsidies and foreign aide. Throw in the actions of the FED which isn’t a federal agency and not regulated but a private cartel….this is the result. When maintaining power is the objective as opposed to reasonable, checked governance, sadly, this is the result.
