  1. Further evidence that conservative are not pro-life. CICOA helps the most needy of our population and now a third of their employees will no longer have jobs, all because billionaires do not want to pay a fair share of taxes.

    1. What is it with hammering on Billionaires??

      The top 10% pay the bulk of the freight. Mean while, half of the population contribute nothing;
      They are net takers through transfer payments.

      The Dems hated millionaires until many such as Bernie Sanders became a rich millionaire. Lol…Bernie Sanders, never owned, managed, or punched a time clock in his life. He railed against millionaires until he became one.

    2. Re-read the article. Contract was awarded to elsewhere. Has nothing to do with top earners continuing to carry the bulk.

  2. Truly sad when people lose their jobs to no fault of their own. Especially when helping people that are not able to help themselves.

    Funding should not be an issue. Indiana is running a surplus. Surly money can be found.

  3. The services are going to new agencies who are contracted.
    I don’t see where the services will be reduced.
    Not sure why change from CICOA?

    1. Thank you for stating what IBJ failed to highlight. All is not doom and gloom.
