  1. As someone who visits Starbucks daily, the issue is not the speed at which the barista’s make the coffee but rather the steady price increases. Instead of spending money on improving the speed, Starbucks may want to look into the cost as to why revenue is falling.

  2. I’m old school and have always disliked the pretentiousness of Starbucks, just call them small, medium and large please. Dunkin has better coffee, faster, and less expensive.
