  1. Well, their employees certainly cannot afford to go buy their groceries at a Whole Foods! Their already high prices have skyrocketed over the past 2 years. I was speaking with a Whole Foods employee yesterday who told me that even with the employee discount, she cannot afford to grocery shop there. As an example, yesterday I wanted to buy some chicken salad to make a sandwich and it was $24/pound. $24/pound…for chicken salad…unbelievable!! You cannot tell me that is not an example of corporate greed. There is one thing…high inflation caused by a terrible economy…and there is another thing…corporate greed. I have to believe that Bezos (who is worth of $204B) can afford to give his employees and customers a break…I think he is okay financially! Absolutely no shame! No morality anymore in the corporate world…
