A 3-year-old girl was taken into protective custody early Tuesday after she was found wandering the streets in pajamas in 2900 block of East 18th Street. An 18-year-old woman died Tuesday morning when the car she was riding in crashed into a tree along Guilford Avenue south of Broad Ripple near 57th Street.
