A man was critically wounded in a shooting Thursday evening on the east side of Indianapolis. Two parents were arrested Thursday afternoon on the city’s west side after their four children were discovered inside a hot car with the windows rolled up while the pair shopped for groceries. Mohammad Abdulaziz, 30, and Nasebah Khiat, 24, both face neglect charges. The children, ranging from 3 months to 5 years old, did not suffer serious injuries.
