Wow Gregg, I’m never shocked when you’re off topic, but this one is a doozey… Indy and Carmel raise far more for the state than they spend, and the state is intentionally starving them of road funding. TIFs have literally nothing to do with this, and actually are a conservative and fiscally responsible means by which the cities can afford to continue improving.
