The show, headlined by Australian rapper-singer The Kid Laroi, is scheduled for 5 p.m. July 19, leading up to that night’s All-Star Game at Gainbridge Fieldhouse.
In addition to The Kid Laroi, who reached No. 1 on Billboard magazine’s Hot 100 chart with 2021 single “Stay” featuring Justin Bieber, Fever Fest will feature rappers G-Eazy and Bia plus soul singer 803Fresh (known for current hit “Boots on the Ground: Where Them Fans At?”).
On the comedy side, Fever Fest will feature “The Neighborhood” sitcom star Cedric the Entertainer, former “Saturday Night Live” cast member Leslie Jones and former “Last Comic Standing” competitor Aida Rodriguez. Stand-up comedian Deon Cole will serve as host of Fever Fest.
Tickets for the show go on sale to the general public at 3 p.m. Tuesday at ticketmaster.com. Lawn tickets are priced at $25 for the first 250 customers. According to a presale underway on Monday, reserved seating ranges from $78.25 to $170.25.
After the concert, attendees are invited to stay at the Everwise venue for a WNBA All-Star watch party. The game is scheduled to tip off at 8:30 p.m.
Fever Fest will be produced in conjunction with Hartbeat, a company founded by comedian, actor and entrepreneur Kevin Hart. Hartbeat was named in February as official “cultural curator” for Pacers Sports & Entertainment, the parent company of the NBA’s Indiana Pacers and the WNBA’s Indiana Fever.
“Fever Fest is the kind of bold, high-energy event that reflects exactly what Hartbeat and PS&E set out to build together,” Jeff Clanagan, president and chief distribution officer of Hartbeat, said in a written statement. “This is just the beginning. Through our collaboration, Hartbeat will bring cultural activations to Indianapolis year-round, cementing the city and region as a destination for unforgettable experiences at the intersection of sports, entertainment and culture.”
