Indianapolis police have arrested a 62-year-old music teacher for allegedly starting a fire that killed her husband four years ago. Kirch is charged with three counts of arson and one count of conspiracy to commit arson. Police are also seeking her son, Thomas Kirch, 26, who is also charged in the arson.
