An Indiana prosecutor plans to drop charges of illegal possession of a white-tailed deer against a couple that nursed the animal back to health and kept it on their farm for two years. Plainfield police have arrested a suspect after the shooting of a 17-year-old male Wednesday at about 8 p.m. at the Saratoga Crossing Apartment Complex.
