Fishers Fire Department divers rescued a man who drove his van into Geist Reservoir about 3:30 a.m. Thursday. The man was found sitting in waist-deep water in his white Chevy van about 50 feet into a 75-foot-wide waterway. Residents alerted authorities after they heard honking and yelling. A 17-year-old Lawrence North High School sophomore was arrested Thursday, accused of a carjacking.
