  1. You know this is all hyperbole trying to sell “the masses” on the lie that all Medicaid programs are worthless and rife with fraud.

    I’m also pretty sure that even before DOGE ripped though the FED, this department had limited bandwidth to do audits, and could never have started comprehensive audits in more than a handful of states at a time.
