A 32-year-old Martinsville man turned himself into police Monday after allegedly shooting the mother of his 14-month-old daughter to death. Police say Addam Foster posted an apology for what he was about to do just prior to fatally shooting 24-year-old Melissa Moore. The shooting took place in the couple’s duplex just before 1 p.m. Monday. The baby, who was in the home at the time of the shooting, is now in the care of grandparents.
