-CNH America LLC leased 153,600 square feet in Lebanon Business Park, Building 1, 201 N. Enterprise Road, Lebanon. The tenant was represented by
Jeremy Woods of Summit Realty Group. The landlord, Duke Realty, was represented by Duke's Jay Archer.

-Studio Movie Grill leased 56,957 square feet of retail space in College Park Theater, 3535 W. 86th St. The tenant and landlord, Sandor Development, represented themselves.

-SKH (Shaughnessy Kniep Hawe) Paper leased 42,500 square feet of industrial space at 2363-2383 Perry Road, Plainfield. The tenant was represented by Sean McHale of Colliers International. The landlord, Clarion Partners, was represented by Fritz Kauffman and Bryan Poynter of Cassidy Turley.

BidPal, on a roll, doubles space

The world of philanthropy, where shoestring budgets dominate, is nonetheless proving lucrative for BidPal Inc., a 108-employee company led by tech veteran Scott Webber. The company saw revenue rocket from $1.8 million in 2010 to $10.2 million last year, making it the city’s second-fastest-growing private company, according to IBJ’s annual list.

INDOT to close U.S. 31 ramp to Keystone

June 14, 2013

The Indiana Department of Transportation and its contractors will close a heavily trafficked exit ramp this weekend in Hamilton County. The southbound ramp connecting U.S. 31 to Keystone Parkway in Carmel will close at 9 p.m. Friday and reopen by 6 a.m. Monday. INDOT said sections of concrete pavement did not meet its quality standards and they need to be replaced. The contractor, Walsh Construction, is receiving $35 million for its work on the U.S. 31 transformation in Hamilton County.
