Man charged with battery, confinement

December 31, 2013

Police have arrested a 47-year-old man on charges of battery, criminal deviate conduct and criminal confinement after a woman allegedly escaped on Monday morning from a home in the 5800 block of East 16th Street. The woman told police that she had been held against her will, sexually assaulted and shocked with a stun gun. Police found Keith Pease—already wanted on an open warrant for failing to register as a sex offender—hiding in a basement crawlspace around 7:45 a.m.

-Accelerated Inc. leased 16,824 square feet of industrial space in AmeriPlex at 5777 Decatur Blvd. The tenant was represented by Stan Elser of Lee & Associates. The landlord, McCarran Logistics Partners LP, was represented by Matt Dickerson of Jones Lang LaSalle.

-L.D. Lee Construction LLC leased 6,300 square feet of industrial space at 2205 National Ave. The tenant and landlord, Donald Kosten, were represented by Mike Medlock of Lee & Associates.

Suspect nabbed after break-in

November 13, 2013

A 24-year-old Noblesville man was arrested Wednesday morning after he broke into an occupied Fishers apartment in an effort to elude police. Justin Morefield was found hiding in a bedroom closet about 2 a.m. after a couple called police to tell them somebody had broken into their Sand Creek Woods apartment, near 116th Street and Cumberland Road. Police had been seeking Morefield since about 9 p.m. Tuesday, after he fled from an attempted traffic stop near 126th Street and Hoosier Road, likely because he has multiple outstanding warrants. The suspect was bitten by a police dog when he was taken into custody.

-Guggenheim Life & Annuity Co. leased 9,687 square feet at Meridian Corporate Plaza One, 401 Pennsylvania Parkway. The tenant was represented by Kevin Gillihan of Jones Lang LaSalle. The landlord, Indland American Office Management LLC, was represented by John Robinson and Adam Broderick of Jones Lang LaSalle.

-YourEncore leased 9,185 square feet at the Circle Building, 111 Monument Circle. The landlord, CW Monument Circle Inc., was represented by John Robinson and Adam Broderick of Jones Lang LaSalle. The tenant represented itself.
 
-Integrity Staffing Solutions Inc. renewed its lease for 5,504 square feet of office space at 6000 Corporate Way Drive, Building B. The tenant was represented by Kevin Dick and Paul Dick of Colliers International. The landlord, Caleast Industrial Investors LLC, was represented by Russ Van Til and Bryan Poynter of Cassidy Turley.

-VCA Animal Hospitals Inc. leased 5,000 square feet of retail space at Emerson Shoppes, 4920 S Emerson Ave. The tenant was represented by Paul Dick and Kevin Dick of Colliers International. The landlord, KLC Realty LLC, was represented by Greg Smith of Colliers International.
