The public relations and marketing firm TrendyMinds recently launched www.circlingthecity.com, a site created for the young
professionals network IndyHub.
The site is aimed at out-of-town job candidates, who might be unaware of the city’s cultural and entertainment offerings.
Images of Indianapolis landmarks populate the home page, which has hidden links to interviews with young residents talking
about places such as the Artsgarden and Massachusetts Avenue.
The site includes a total of 10 videos, each focusing on a different neighborhood and entertainment offering, from outdoor
activities on the Central Canal to pro sports.
IndyHub was launched in 2005 with sponsorship from companies such as Eli Lilly and Co. It has 3,700 members who participate
in outings and volunteer work. The new Web site was made possible by a grant from the Richard M. Fairbanks Foundation to IndyHub.
