-Shamrock Builders is remodeling the 1,732-square-foot office of Dr. Kostyantyn Baydyuk, The Family Dental Practice, at 3185 N. High School Road. The project is scheduled to be completed by the end of September.
 
-Shamrock Builders is renovating a 3,602-square-foot space for Kittle Family Dentistry, Dr. Jennifer Kittle,  at 210 E. 91st Street. The project is scheduled to be completed by the end of August.

-Sweet & Savory Inc. leased 3,100 square feet at 4335 106th St., Suite 700, Carmel. The tenant was represented by Ronald H. Bell of Colliers International. The landlord, Lawndale Plaza LLC, was represented by Paul Rogozinski of Veritas Realty.

-Buffalo Wild Wings extended its 6,400-square foot lease at 2683 E. Main St., Suite 117, Plainfield, for an additional 10 years. The landlord, Plainfield Commons II LLC, was represented by Providence Development. The tenant represented itself.

Man carjacked at Nora bank machine

June 16, 2010

Police are searching for two men who carjacked a man this morning in the Nora area. The incident happened about 2 a.m. at
the Chase bank branch at East 86th Street and College Avenue. The victim told police he was withdrawing cash from the ATM
when two men armed with guns ordered him out of his vehicle, took his wallet and stole his car. Officers are looking for the
stolen 2004 tan Nissan Sentra with license plate number JG8367.

State police sergeant under investigation

Indiana State Police are investigating a sergeant accused of backing over two parked motorcycles, then fleeing the scene.
Witnesses say the incident happened Saturday night after the officer left an Indianapolis nightclub. They say Sgt. Ryan Harmon
turned on his police lights in an unmarked Jeep as he drove away. A police spokesperson says once the investigation is complete,
findings will be turned over to the Marion County Prosecutor’s Office. Fox59 will have more at 4 p.m.
