-The Marion County Community Correction Board leased 14,960 square feet at 140 E. Washington St. The tenant was represented by Rick Lux of R.P. Lux Co. The landlord, Sayles Enterprises LLC, was represented by Dan Richardson and Nick Svarczkopf of CB Richard Ellis.

-Allegient leased 11,500 square feet at Meridian Tower, 201 W. 103rd St. The tenant was represented by Mike Napariu of REI Investments CPA. The landlord, BPG Properties Ltd., was represented by Adam Broderick and John Robinson of Jones Lang LaSalle.  

-Grand Slam Realty leased 7,468 square feet at Fidelity Plaza-Sepro Tower, 11550 N. Meridian St., Carmel. The tenant was represented by John Vandenbark of CB Richard Ellis. The landlord, Sepro Development Co. II LLC, was represented by Alex Cantu of Summit Realty Group.

-ProScan Imaging of Indianapolis LLC extended its lease for 4,130 square feet at Prestwick Pointe II, 5250 E. US Highway 36, Avon. The landlord, Weston Group LLC, was represented by Stephen Daum of Summit Realty Group. The tenant represented itself.
 
-Sabre Communications Corp. leased 3,275 square feet at 800 E. 96th St. The tenant was represented by Jeff Merritt of Summit Realty Group. The landlord, Duke Realty Corp., was represented by Adam Seger of Duke.
