Ironworks at Keystone will boast a new-to-Indy burger joint this month, as a tea shop pours into the nearby Fashion Mall. In Fletcher Place, the new restaurant Repeal harkens back to 1933.
Neal Brown is looking to open the restaurant in Fletcher Place. The area’s renaissance also continues with plans to renovate a building for commercial use a few blocks away.

The [April 1] Forefront column by Louis Mahern discussed a zoning case in the Fletcher Place Neighborhood “called down” by City-County Councilor Jeff Miller. Mahern’s column incorrectly assumes that neighborhood opposition to the project relates to its affordable housing aspect.
What most people consider Fountain Square is actually a combination of three neighborhoods: Fountain Square, Fletcher Place and Holy Rosary. In 2005, I started working on my first project in this area, and it has changed the direction of my professional path in just about every way possible.

A local architecture firm hopes to challenge hip Mass Ave with an arts-themed development in Fletcher Place. The $9 million
project would include apartments, retail and office space.
A developer with deep roots in the Fletcher Place neighborhood is setting its sights on an ambitious eight-story condominium project on the southeast side of downtown. Villaggio at Page Pointe calls for 65 condos ranging in size from 1,600 square feet to 4,300 square feet.
